To request a personalized item, we have 2 options:
- Choose the Personalized option when selecting your product & enter your custom details in the request field provided
- Email us your order needs at timeforluxellc@gmail.com and an Order Rep will respond to discuss within 24 hours. Please provide as many details as possible.
🕒 Please allow up to 24 hours for an admin to review your request. We’ll either approve your order or reach out to clarify any details to ensure it’s exactly what you had in mind.
Custom creations take a bit of extra care, but we promise—it’s worth it!
